finally got the macbook up and running without any bios/mbr-crap at all! used the 2.6.37-rc8 kernel with a couple of patches: physical mode efi, mba3 hid support and mba3 alsa support.
since im tired as fudge i wont go into anymore details but ill probably write some kinda howto when 2.6.37 goes stable (unless somebody else does it before me – thats right, im lazy).
